Details:

Located on seven beautifully landscaped acres overlooking the Big Island’s Kohala Coast, this is the place to live today’s Hawaiian experience. Our Waikoloa Village condo is situated on the 9th fairway of a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. championship 18-hole golf course. Second floor townhouse. Two bedrooms, two baths, large outdoor lanai overlooking the pool and the golf course. A beautiful view to the west for spectacular sunsets over the Pacific.

Imagine a day of shopping for fresh tropical fruit in the nearby markets or dining out in the numerous local restaurants (from casual to five-star). Perhaps a game of golf or a swim in the warm blue-green crystalline waters of beautiful Anaeho’omalu Bay. Looking out at the sunsets from the white sandy shores where the palm trees sway in the warm tropical winds, you will come to realize that you have truly arrived in Paradise.

In the evenings, you will be charmed by the sounds of tropical birds in the trees of the meticulously manicured gardens. The star-filled nights here are perfect for spotting constellations and taking long moonlit walks, wearing the local uniform – shorts, short-sleeve shirt, and sandals.

The Villas sleep comfortably four, and many visitors come with their families. Some choose this destination as a romantic getaway for two, while still others prefer to come alone and soak in the meditative and quiet environment to relieve the stress of their daily lives.

One thing all visitors have in common is the satisfaction of having "discovered" the ideal vacation spot. Many return again and again.

NOTE: Anaeho'omalu Beach. This beach in the Waikoloa Resort area doubles as a cultural sight because of its well-maintained ancient fishponds. The beach park has elaborately landscaped grounds and plaques marking areas of historical interest. The concession here rents canoes, kayaks, and windsurfing equipment. The conditions are normally good for beginners.

Walking distance to the shopping center with grocery store, bank, gas station, video store, eating establishments, medical facilities, and retail stores. Located within 10 to 15 minutes to some of the best white sand beaches on the island and 6 miles from some of Hawaii's finest resorts such as the Hilton Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, and the King's Shop Mall with designer stores and a variety of retail shops.
